Having a real estate brochure, flyer or handout is very important as a potential buyer will refer back to it for key information about the property. It will also include your contact details. Design your own brochure using our property template. Simply add in the property details, contact information and images.
This real estate brochure template will allow you to preview and update as many times as you like (even save for later) before you finalise the design. DIY Real Estate will then check the flyer and advise if any changes need to be made before emailing you the finalised PDF file. Then simply print as many brochures as you require on your own printer or use a print shop.
Ideally use the colour version to hand out when you have buyer inspections or open homes and print a black and white version of the flyer for your brochure holder (sold separately) at your gate or if you need to distribute lots of brochures. Additionally the colour real estate flyer has information printed on the back for a potential buyer about how they can make you an offer or to express interest in your property.
This is an example of a finished flyer showing the front and back. The back of the flyer has information for potential buyers about how to make an offer (applies to New Zealand only). Should you be outside New Zealand or the information is not applicable, then only print the front page for potential buyers.
